Sabrina Grover

Sabrina Grover is a community builder, advocate, and entrepreneur. She is running to be your representative for Calgary Centre because she believes in an ambitious, positive plan for Calgary’s future and is deeply committed to helping those most in need.
Sabrina began her career working with the Calgary Real Estate Board and the Canadian Real Estate Association. She helped develop policies that supported increasing housing affordability and sat on the steering committee which advanced Calgary’s Community Affordable Housing Strategy.
Sabrina has always focused on advocacy and public policy work – specifically protecting youth and vulnerable populations around the world.Most recently, Sabrina served on the global advocacy team of Nutrition International, working to improve the health and nutrition of people in vulnerable situations across Africa and Asia. As part of this work, Sabrina helped contribute to Canada’s global response to COVID-19 by mobilizing nearly $40 million in emergency response for nutrition when people needed it the most.
She also served as a part of the electoral observer mission to Zimbabwe in 2018 and in Sri Lanka in 2019 as part of the Commonwealth Observer Group. Through this work, she analyzed barriers to electoral participation for women and youth, and provided recommendations to the government In 2018, Sabrina also served as the co-chair of the Youth 7 Summit, as part of Canada’s G7 presidency, mobilizing youth across Canada.
Sabrina is also a small business owner. Her firm, Provoke Public Relations, has worked with start-ups, nonprofits and First Nations governments.
As the Liberal candidate for Calgary Centre, Sabrina will work tirelessly to support and advocate for the needs of our community and build a better future for everyone.
