Biography

Rob Flack graduated from the University of Guelph in 1979 and began his business career with Masterfeeds Inc., a national agribusiness that employs over 650 people across Canada.

He began as a sales trainee and built a successful career learning the ropes from the ground up. He moved to London in 1987 where Masterfeeds has been headquartered since 1981. In 1993, Rob was appointed the youngest ever President & CEO of the company, a position he holds today. In 2003, he received the Golden Award from the Animal Nutrition Association of Canada for industry leadership and service.

Rob has used his leadership skills and experience to serve Londoners for three decades working in and for the community. He is the founder of a Charity Classic that supports both the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of Southwestern Ontario and Camp Trillium. He has served as a Director and Chair of the London International Airport and is the current Chair of the St. Peter’s Seminary Foundation. Rob is also the co-founder of the London Bishop’s dinner. Most recently he was the President & Chair of the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair.

Rob has been a dedicated Conservative his entire life, serving as a director on the former PC Canada Fund and actively involved in many local campaigns.

Rob is married to Denise who is lead singer of the JUNO award-winning band LEAHY. Their daughter Emily is pursuing a career as an artist and music educator
