Biography

Driscoll is a dedicated community volunteer, athlete, and a life-long resident of Bedford.

He is running for the PC Party because he shares leader Tim Houston’s priorities of implementing universal mental healthcare, reducing surgery wait times and encouraging Nova Scotians to buy local and growing the economy.

“I’m excited to be running for the Party that has committed to being the first province in Canada to introduce universal mental health care services,” says Driscoll. “The PC Party is putting forward bold ideas that will modernize our province and invest in people.”

Driscoll is heavily involved in local sports and has been engaged in politics from a young age. He hopes that young Nova Scotians will take notice of the innovative policies being put forward by the PC Party.

“Nick is a confident and energetic young man who is dedicated to his community,” says PC Leader Tim Houston. “As an MLA, Nick will offer a fresh perspective and a voice who will truly listen to the people of Bedford Basin.”
